Dr Anne O’ Donnell
BDS NUI

Owner, Dental Practice – Midlands, Ireland

Anne qualified from Cork Dental Hospital in 1984 and has worked in private practice in Ireland since 1986, since returning from the UK. She started a squat practice in 1998 and built it to a two surgery practice with visiting specialists. Anne went on to develop an implant practice from 2002 and built a referral base using traditional marketing. The practice was sold to a corporate (Smiles) in 2008 and she then worked at Board level as Clinical Director, while the group scaled and grew to new locations and practice numbers as well as adding Specialist Services. In August 2013, Anne purchased a failing practice in the Midlands, Ireland. It was a four day a week one man practice and it is now a six chair, general and specialist centre spread across two locations with a Specialist Orthodontist, Oral Surgeon, Endodontist, Special Care and Periodontist. This growth is due to successful internal and external marketing, with a particularly effective social media strategy.
